X52 is one of the most widely specified grades for medium-pressure pipeline service: oil and gas field gathering and transmission lines, refinery and petrochemical piping, water transmission and structural tubulars. Its 360 MPa minimum yield strength allows thinner walls at the same operating pressure, reducing material and freight cost on large orders.

Every batch is supplied with a mill test certificate covering chemical composition, tensile properties and hydrostatic test results, in line with API 5L PSL1 requirements.
