316L Stainless Steel Coil 1.0mm 1250mm Width

Shaanxi Shuncheng Tian Steel Co., Ltd. supplies 316L stainless steel coil in 1.0 mm thickness and 1250 mm width with a 2B mill finish. The molybdenum-bearing 316L grade resists chlorides, acids and washdown chemicals that attack standard 304, so this coil is a common input for chemical process equipment, coastal structures and food-grade fabrication. Each coil is produced to a controlled chemistry with a maximum 0.030% carbon, which keeps the welded structure stable in chloride-bearing service.

At 1.0 mm thickness this coil is used for chemical storage tank shells, heat exchanger plates, process piping and ducting, food and dairy equipment, pharmaceutical clean-room panels, coastal cladding and architectural trim exposed to salt air. The low carbon content of 316L limits sensitisation at weld zones, so the coil can be formed and welded without the intergranular corrosion risk that affects standard 316 in heavy sections. It is supplied in mill widths or slit to the strip size your roll-forming line requires, and other thicknesses and widths are available on request.
