PPGL Color Coated Steel Coil 0.5mm RAL 9006

This 0.5 mm PPGL color coated steel coil is supplied in RAL 9006 white aluminium, with a prepainted coating over a zinc-aluminium (galvalume) steel substrate. The aluminium-rich base layer gives the coil stronger cut-edge and long-term corrosion resistance than a plain galvanized base, which suits roofing, wall cladding and panel production in humid, coastal and industrial environments. PPGL color coated steel coil 0.5 mm RAL 9006 is used for industrial and commercial roofing, wall cladding, warehouse and factory buildings, cold storage panels, HVAC ducting and casings, garage doors, appliance and furniture panels. Supplied in coil, it feeds continuous roll forming and slitting lines with fewer joints and less offcut waste. The galvalume substrate protects sheared edges and fastener lines, while the prepainted finish keeps the white aluminium surface stable against chalking and fading outdoors.
