OCTG Casing Pipe 9-5/8 inch N80

Shaanxi Shuncheng Tian Steel Co., Ltd. supplies 9-5/8 inch N80 OCTG casing manufactured to API 5CT (ISO 11960 equivalent) for oil, gas and water well construction. The 9-5/8 in (244.48 mm) outside diameter is the most common intermediate casing size, set between the surface string and the production liner, and the N80 grade provides the higher yield strength and collapse resistance needed for deeper wells and heavier overburden. Casing is supplied in R1, R2 and R3 length ranges with couplings fitted and thread protectors in place.

This 9-5/8 inch N80 casing is run as intermediate or production casing to isolate formations, control wellbore pressure and protect the tubing string. Operators specify it for onshore oil and gas wells, water injection and disposal wells, coal-bed methane projects and geothermal wells where a yield strength above J55 is required. N80 is available in a range of wall thicknesses, so the same outside diameter can be ordered for a light completion string or a heavy collapse-resistant section, and buttress threads are chosen where higher joint strength is needed. Coupling stock is matched to the pipe body for every order.
