304 Stainless Steel Plate 12mm 2B Finish

Shuncheng supplies 304 stainless steel plate at 12 mm thickness with a 2B finish, cut to 1500 × 6000 mm. The 18% chromium and 8% nickel balance of grade 304 gives dependable resistance to atmospheric and mildly corrosive service, while the heavy gauge carries the stiffness needed for tank shells, structural frames and machined base plates.

At 12 mm the plate is thick enough to be welded into pressure-retaining structures and rigid enough to act as a load-bearing component without extra backing. Typical uses include chemical and food processing tank shells, heat exchanger and vessel internals, structural frames and gussets, column base plates, machine and pump mounting plates, and architectural panels in indoor or low-chloride outdoor settings.

Plate of this gauge is produced by rolling the slab hot to final thickness, then annealing and pickling to give the uniform 2B face; thinner gauges are usually rolled cold.
