Aluminum Coil 1050 0.5mm
1050 aluminum coil in 0.5 mm is commercially pure aluminium with a minimum 99.5% aluminium content, supplied in the soft O temper. That combination makes it the most formable stock in the 1xxx family: a half-millimetre gauge that bends, spins and deep-draws cleanly without cracking, so it fits cookware bodies, lighting reflectors, signage blanks, nameplates and HVAC parts where weight and workability matter more than structural strength.

Typical Applications
Pure aluminium moves heat and current efficiently and resists atmospheric corrosion, which is why 0.5 mm 1050 coil is a standard choice for heat exchanger fins, transformer and cable wrapping, insulation facing, cookware and kitchenware, sign panels, nameplates and decorative trim. The annealed O temper also takes severe forming and embossing without the springback you would fight in a harder temper, so fabricators often specify it where a drawing or spinning operation comes next.
