Cold Drawn Seamless Steel Tube 20# 25mm OD × 3mm

This cold drawn seamless steel tube is produced from 20# carbon steel and supplied with a 25 mm outside diameter and a 3 mm wall thickness. Cold drawing gives the tube a tight dimensional tolerance, a smooth bore and a uniform wall, so it suits hydraulic lines, pneumatic systems and precision mechanical parts where an uneven wall or a rough welded surface would cause problems.

Because the tube is seamless it carries pressure without a weld seam, and the cold drawn surface machines and welds cleanly. Typical uses include hydraulic cylinders and fluid transfer lines, pneumatic actuators, instrumentation and control tubing, heat exchangers, and machined components such as bushings, shafts and rollers. Tubes are supplied in grade 20# as standard, and other carbon steel grades are available on request.
