Galvanized Steel Coil 1.2mm Z180

This 1.2 mm galvanized steel coil is supplied with a Z180 hot-dip zinc coating, equal to 180 g/m2 of zinc in total across both surfaces. The cold-rolled substrate plus a 1.2 mm gauge gives a balance of stiffness and formability that suits medium-duty roofing, wall cladding, light framing and general sheet metal work. Typical buyers include roofing profile roll-formers, cladding fabricators, HVAC duct producers and general steel service centres. Galvanized steel coil 1.2 mm Z180 is used for corrugated and trapezoidal roofing sheets, wall and facade cladding, purlins and light structural framing, HVAC ducting, cable trays, signage backing and general fabrication where a bare or painted finish is applied on site. The 1.2 mm gauge carries span and screw pull-out loads that thin gauges cannot, while the Z180 coating provides a serviceable barrier against atmospheric corrosion in inland, urban and moderately humid conditions. Coils are slit to the customer’s width so roll-formers can run directly without extra processing.
