Typical Applications
This 7 inch J55 casing is run as surface, intermediate or production casing, lining the drilled hole and protecting the wellbore against collapse and internal pressure. Typical users are oil and gas operators, water supply and injection well contractors, and geothermal or coal-bed methane projects. Because J55 is a weldable, moderate-yield carbon grade, the pipe is also ordered for conductor casing and shallow structural strings.
