PPGI Color Coated Steel Coil 0.35mm RAL 6005

This PPGI color coated steel coil is supplied in 0.35 mm thickness with a RAL 6005 moss green polyester coating over a hot-dip galvanized substrate. The combination gives a light, easy-to-form sheet with a durable colour finish, so it is widely used for roofing and wall cladding, sandwich panels, garage doors and appliance housings where appearance and corrosion resistance matter at the same time.

The light 0.35 mm gauge bends and profiles easily, which makes this coil a practical choice for roll-formed roofing sheets and trapezoidal profiles, wall cladding and facade panels, cold storage and warehouse buildings, and bent or deep-drawn components such as door skins and appliance panels. Polyester is the standard coating system for general exterior use: it holds colour well under normal sunlight and resists chalking better than a bare galvanized surface. Parts are usually sheared and folded after coating, and the cut edge is touched up with a matching repair paint. Batch-to-batch colour consistency and coating adhesion are the two points buyers check most often, and both can be confirmed before shipment.
