This 2 inch Sch 80 boiler steel pipe is a seamless carbon steel tube produced to GB 5310 in grade 20G. It is used for high-pressure steam and water circuits in boiler systems, where the thicker wall adds pressure margin and oxidation resistance at temperature. Applications
2 inch Sch 80 grade 20G tubes are available for boiler bank and economiser tubes, superheater support and steam-sampling lines, feedwater piping and high-pressure steam tracing, as well as small industrial boilers and waste heat recovery units. The thicker wall is normally specified where a corrosion allowance or a higher design pressure is required. Tubes are supplied with mill test certificates, hydrostatic or eddy current testing and dimensional inspection on request.
